Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering (O&G)
• Position Title: Assistant Engineer
• Working Location: Pioneer
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 8.30AM - 6.15PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of marine equipment and systems, including engines, pumps, and other mechanical components.
• Support senior engineers in conducting routine inspections and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repair work.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required for compliance and operational needs.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Experience in prior O&G companies is a plus.
