A leading company in electrical engineering is looking for an Assistant Engineer to support field operations and coordinate fault rectification works. The role involves site supervision, report preparation, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Ideal candidates should possess a Diploma in Engineering and have a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
Overview:
The Assistant Engineer will support the Engineer or Lead Engineer in supervising field operations, coordinating fault rectification works, and maintaining proper records in CWMS/CFEMS for street lighting and commuter facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing site works, inspections, and testing.
Prepare basic reports, update CWMS/CFEMS entries, and assist in work coordination.
Follow up with contractors and technicians on rectification timelines.
Ensure safety and quality standards are met on-site.
Requirements:
Diploma or ITE Certification in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical).
Min. 1 year of working experience preferred (Fresh graduates may be considered).
Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic field-based environment.
Familiarity with fault-logging systems (CWMS, CFEMS) is a bonus.
