Assistant ELV & BMS Project Lead – Hospitals & Airports

Job summary

ST Engineering Urban Solutions seeks an experienced Assistant Project Manager to lead large-scale ELV and BMS greenfield projects, notably in hospitals or airports. You will drive end-to-end delivery, develop schedules in MS Project, monitor progress, and manage scope, quality and timelines.

Responsibilities include cash-flow tracking, budgeting, EAC, monthly reports, risk mitigation, and coordination with clients, consultants and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering/building services/electrical/mechanical or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, security) and BMS
• Proven experience managing greenfield projects in hospitals, airports, or similar environments
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling and planning
• Hands-on experience in project cash flow, cost control, and EAC
• Experience preparing monthly project reports for schedule and cost tracking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ELV and BMS greenfield projects from planning to completion
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Monitor and control project progress to meet timeline, quality and scope
• Manage project financials including cash flow, budgeting and EAC
• Prepare and present monthly project reports on schedule, cost, risks and mitigations
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams
• Respond to client and stakeholder expectations and resolve issues
• Identify and mitigate project risks across technical, operational and financial domains
• Oversee site execution activities with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards and project specifications
