Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Online and Digital Support:

  • Support launch and implementation of online campaigns on iShopChangi platform
  • Partnership with suppliers on new product launch, promotion banner, and EDM
  • Implementations of digital marketing campaigns
  • Gather insights and E-Commerce performances
  • Produce reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Responsible to develop contents and manage company's e-commerce platforms
  • Define and lead e- commerce operations including order management, supply chain and customer services
  • Develop detailed project plans and managing all implementation processes
  • Coordinate work with IT team and internal stakeholders by defining project requirements and performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments
  • Coordinate onsite testing; oversees the testing process for CMS system (TREX) enhancement
  • Monitor system issues

Online Customer Service Support:

  • Steering and manage Customer's online experience
  • Managing customer's feedback, complaints and compliment for online

Online Supply Chain:

  • Manage online Admin team and PSA to ensure order fulfilment ad business operations
  • Store room space management
  • System coaching for new function and for new team (Admin & PSA)

You may be assigned additional or alternative duties reasonably consistent with your skills, qualifications, and the business needs of the company.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in relevant business related discipline
  • Proven track records in relevant role and responsibilities
  • At least 3 years' experience in similar role
  • Strong experience with E-commerce and the ability to drive sales with creative marketing ideas and strategies
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills
  • Excellent customer-service orientation Ability to partner with multi-departments and external stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Good organizational skill
  • Resourceful and maintains a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
