Job summary

PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency, is seeking a dynamic events professional to lead the production of world-class water events in Singapore, including SIWW, SIWW Spotlight and SIWT. You will curate programmes, engage industry speakers and manage sponsorships while collaborating with partners and the Programme Committee.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or Environmental Management.
• Experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or event management.
• Strong PM, communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Curate and deliver key programmes such as Roundtables, Summits, High-Level Panels and Workshops.
• Engage with industry stakeholders to invite speakers.
• Curate and deliver the Emerging Utility Leaders Summit at SIWW.
• Plan and execute the SIWW Water Convention with the Programme Committee.
• Manage SIWW Sponsorships and Strategic Partnerships.
• Build and maintain sponsor and partner relationships and secure new sponsors; monitor sponsorship entitlements and payments.
