Job summary

PUB, The National Water Agency in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Content Lead for its water events portfolio, including SIWW and SIWT. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will curate high-level programmes, engage industry stakeholders and secure speakers for flagship platforms.

You will plan and deliver across formats—roundtables, summits and workshops—while building sponsorships and partnerships to ensure world-class content and impactful industry outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Management or related discipline.
• Experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, programme or event management.
• Strong project management, communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with the water industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated, meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, curate and deliver high-quality content across all event platforms.
• Curate and deliver key programmes such as Roundtables, Summits, High-Level Panels and Workshops.
• Engage with industry stakeholders to identify and invite speakers.
• Curate and deliver the Emerging Utility Leaders Summit at SIWW.
• Plan and execute the SIWW Water Convention with the Programme Committee.
