Job description

What The Role Is

You are responsible for developing and managing effective training programmes while ensuring quality standards across internal courses and external training partners.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Assist in the review of training pedagogy to ensure its relevance to operational demands and industry trending in training development
  • Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis, to identify training gaps in the current Training Roadmap
  • Drive the development of new/review existing Course Management Plan (CMP)
  • Manage and review the development of all lesson plans for courses conducted by the school
  • Review the performance of courses conducted by the school and external training partners and propose the appropriate remedial actions
  • Manage the Instructors’ competency framework
  • Drive experiments and/or adoption of training innovation in the school


Challenge(s)

  • Managing dynamic curriculum and content development across all levels of the domain expertise training
  • Being conversant with the expertise architecture and operational demands, and translating these demands into training requirements
  • Continually track and learn new doctrines and work processes, and applying these into the curricula development
  • Creating practical, innovative training content and using effective instructional methodologies to build vocational and functional skills of the learners


What We Are Looking For
