Job summary

Job description

What The Role Is

You support sustainability education development across MINDEF/SAF, creating frameworks and driving engagement to mainstream sustainability awareness among all personnel.

What You Will Be Working On

• Develop and implement the sustainability education framework
• Drive engagement through sustainability-related events (such as MINDEF/SAF Sustainability Day and Learning Day) and development of education collaterals
• Develop the training framework for sustainability practitioners through curating the list of relevant sustainability courses, conferences and forums
• Work with various stakeholders to develop initiatives aimed at mainstreaming sustainability awareness
• Conduct sustainability workshops
• Perform secretariat duties for sustainability-related forums as part of the secretariat team on a rotational basis

• Working in a fast-paced environment to keep up with the dynamic developments in the sustainability domain, which has expanded to areas such as climate adaptation, communications and education, and data strategy and management
• Keeping up-to-date on new developments in the sustainability domain,
• Working on increasing touchpoints and engagement platforms to drive awareness for sustainability
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• At least 6 years of experience in education, training or environmental sustainability
• Organisational experience and functional knowledge of SAF’s various processes is preferred
