Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a strategic leader to manage Centre operations. The role includes developing and implementing strategies, engaging with stakeholders, and overseeing contract management. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Centre strategy with Executive Director and Management Team.
  • Oversee daily administrative functions and project management.
  • Lead outreach activities with government, practice, policy, and research stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and agreements for procurement and contracts.
  • Manage audit queries and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Act as direct and matrix manager for Centre staff.
  • Deputise for Executive Director and represent the Centre as required.

Skills

Job description

Duration: 1 year

Location: Kent Ridge

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:
