What You Will Be Working On

  • Map out and conduct engagements with stakeholder groups, opinion and community leaders
  • Analyse and understand sentiments and concerns within the community, to co-create community initiatives and improve communications to strengthen social cohesion
  • Work across agencies and Government to raise awareness of potential social fault lines, and formulate policies and programmes to effectively address them


Work Experience

What we are looking for

  • Essential -
  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in team leadership, with focus on programme planning, stakeholder engagement or public communications
  • Additional advantages -
  • Prior management experience at junior to middle management positions
  • Background in community grant management and assessment
  • Strong track record of senior stakeholder engagement

  • Strategically identify, analyse, and prioritise stakeholders across diverse domains, developing targeted engagement approaches.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with varied stakeholders, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and aligning partnerships with policy and organisational goals.
  • Data-driven Policy Analysis
  • Utilises data analytics to review existing policies, programmes, and initiatives, assessing their effectiveness and impact
  • Develops evidence-based recommendations for new or improved community engagement and stakeholder partnership strategies
