The Research and Analytics Division drives MSF’s research and analytics efforts, to strengthen the nexus between policy, practice, operations, research and analytics to support MSF outcomes, policies and programmes. Our work entails coordinating the social research agenda, conducting research and data analytics studies, and building research expertise for MSF. As an Assistant Director/Senior Manager (Longitudinal Studies), you will play a key role in advancing MSF’s longitudinal research agenda, leveraging multi-wave survey and administrative data to generate insights on social mobility, family outcomes and long‑term trajectories, and translating these into policy and programme improvements.
