You will be responsible for the finance and accounting operations of the NCCS, the NCCS Cancer Fund and NCCS Research Fund. You will manage a team performing General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and patient receipting functions. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Monthly & quarterly financial reporting
  • Annual budgeting and forecast
  • Payroll related work (benefits in kind, clinical manpower costs)
  • Cashflow projections and treasury management
  • Coordinating and overseeing year end statutory audit and all tax matters
  • All tax matters (corporate tax, GST and withholding tax)
  • Maintenance of adequate system of internal controls and accounting records.
  • Development and review of financial policies and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Recognized Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with CPA accreditation
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience, of which at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Meticulous, “hands-on’ attitude with high degree of integrity, initiative and resourcefulness
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong teamwork and ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relations
