    As an Assistant Director in the Executive Education department focusing on Open Programs Designing within Corporate Learning & Development, your primary responsibility is to support the area in securing new B2B clients for engagement. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring flawless program delivery and revenue generation through Consultative Selling.Your key responsibilities include:Program Development:- Identify and develop new executive education programs that cater to the needs of corporate clients and align with strategic goals.- Design and deliver customized executive education programs based on client requirements.- Collaborate with faculty, industry experts, and corporate clients to create innovative and relevant program content.Client Relations:- Establish and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients.- Understand the challenges faced by corporate executives and provide tailored solutions.- Negotiate contracts and pricing for executive education programs.- Deliver exceptional customer service to corporate clients.Faculty Recruitment and Development:- Recruit qualified faculty members for teaching executive education programs.- Offer professional development opportunities to enhance faculty teaching skills and knowledge in executive education.Marketing and Sales:- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote executive education programs.- Manage the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.- Maintain a pipeline of potential corporate clients.Program Delivery:- Oversee the logistics and administration of executive education programs.- Ensure effective program delivery meeting high-quality standards.- Monitor participant satisfaction and make necessary program adjustments.Financial Management:- Develop and manage the budget for the executive education enterprise.- Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure profitability.- Evaluate the financial performance of executive education programs.Additionally, you will support Corporate Learning & Development in securing new B2B and B2C clients, ensuring revenue generation and flawless program delivery.
