Job description:


Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders on the formulation of overall development budget and tracking of overall cost expenditure including cashflow projection.
  • Coordinate with relevant agencies on land related matters including property tax.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, on audit matters and provide recommendations.
  • Perform compliance review of the tender and procurement process for consultancy/construction/renovation works and ensure services are evaluated and procured in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Perform compliance review of the post award processes including review of progress payment, assessment of variation order, closure of final account and provide support on dispute resolution (if any).
  • Support in developing policies and work instructions and propose process improvements for project-related procedures.
  • Conduct periodic independent internal audit review on construction/renovation projects to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • Provide periodic training on corporate governance matters.
  • Coordinate with relevant finance stakeholders on payment release, asset capitalization and tax matters.
  • Coordinate with IT department on the ERP system enhancement & development based on the projects requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in the disciplines of Quantity Surveying or related disciplines with at least 15 years' experience in project tender/award, contract administration support and cost estimation.
  • Completed hospitality, commercial, mixed development or major A&A projects would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, meticulous, takes initiative and able to work independently as well as within a team in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in using the ERP system.
