Assistant Director (Professional Development)

What The Role Is

You are responsible for shaping the Republic of Singapore Air Force's (RSAF) digital future by managing RSAF Agile innovation Digital (RAiD) members' professional development and growth needs.

What You Will Be Working On

1. Design and implement comprehensive professional development roadmaps
2. Source external training opportunities and coordinate with industry partners and higher learning institutes
3. Provide personalised career guidance to RAiD members
4. Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability

Challenge(s)

1. Maintaining a dynamic and relevant training program in a rapidly evolving digital landscape, ensuring RAiD's skills remain cutting-edge
2. Balancing the diverse professional development needs of individual RAiD members with the operational requirements of the organisation

What We Are Looking For

1. Education in Humanities or related field is preferred
2. At least 6 years of related experience
3. Experience with software development or innovation is advantageous
4. Strong passion for learning and development
5. Strategic planning abilities
6. Strong relationship management skills
7. Excellent communication capabilities
