Job description

What The Role Is

You play a pivotal role in managing all content product requirements and performing as main subject matter expert for production of collaterals in the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN).

What You Will Be Working On

  • Plan content production requirements
  • Engage MINDEF/SAF resources and external contractors for production requirements
  • Lead content production teams
  • Provide subject matter expertise for video production
  • Manage RSN's social media accounts


Challenge(s)

  • Managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Ensuring sufficient and differentiated content needs to be produced for multiple platforms consistently to maintain channel health
  • Translating military concepts and ideas into interesting nuggets for stakeholder engagement
  • Staying abreast of latest trends and developments, not only on social media, but also in the larger communication landscape


What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Mass Communication, Film or other media-related fields
  • At least 6 years of working experience in the media industry
  • Experience and expertise in using media platforms/software for organisational communications
  • Familiarity with the features of the media platforms that the RSN is currently on
  • Familiarity with up-and-coming techniques and trends
