Job description

What the role is:

You will play a key role in developing and managing the Air Force Supply Centre's logistics and supply chain processes while overseeing the competency development of supply chain engineers in the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF).

What you will be working on:

- Develop and review logistics and supply chain processes for operations- Drive and manage workplan initiatives- Manage professional development of supply chain engineers through established expertise frameworks and training requirements- Safeguard data control through measures and guidelines to manage access authorisation to RSAF's inventory management system (Enterprise System)Challenge(s)- Understanding the full spectrum of supply chain processes and procedures- Understanding linkages and complexities with RSAF's engineering/maintenance procedures- Conducting effective training needs analysis

What we are looking for:
