As a Assistant Director (People & Organisation Development), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Collaborating with the Senior Director of the department to foster a culture rooted in trust, engagement and empowerment, and co-create a workplace where every team member thrives.
Cultivating a supportive, future-ready community.
Drive transformative initiatives that shape our culture, people experience, and system performance.
Lead organization-wide change initiatives, balancing strategic vision with people-centred engagement.
Design and facilitate inclusive change processes aligned with organization's vision, goals and desired culture.
Strengthen stakeholder readiness and resilience through structured support and capability building.
Manage diverse stakeholders, building alignment and fostering sustained engagement.
Collaborate with leaders across departments to enhance capabilities and lead strategic improvements.
Co-design and deliver people strategies that support both operational goals and cultural transformation.
Guide stakeholders and department leads through OD consulting cycles—from diagnosis to implementation and evaluation.
Leverage data and evaluation frameworks to assess program impact and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with fellow department leads on cross-functional and organization-wide projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behaviour, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Communications, or related field, with healthcare experience as an advantage; postgraduate qualification or certification in Organizational Development/Organizational Psychology preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based, data-informed interventions, with a proven track record in leading teams, managing projects across organizational levels, and applying strong lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in writing, data analysis, and developing innovative strategies to support organizational development initiatives.
