Job summary

GovTech, Singapore's lead agency for Smart Nation initiatives, is seeking a Programme Manager to lead industry engagement, supplier ecosystem initiatives, and digital transformation projects. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, translate strategic priorities into actionable programmes, and deliver measurable outcomes.

You'll manage cross-functional teams, monitor progress, address risks, and contribute to policy support and ecosystem development.

[What you will be working on]

The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop partnerships, gather industry insights, support ecosystem development, and drive initiatives that contribute to organisational and Whole-of-Government digital transformation objectives. The incumbent is expected to independently lead assigned programmes and engagements, translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes through effective stakeholder management and collaboration.

1. INDUSTRY ENGAGEMENT & PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

• Lead the planning and execution of industry engagement programmes, forums, workshops, dialogueessionsand partnership initiatives.

• Develop andmaintaineffective working relationships with industry stakeholders, technology companies, tradeassociationsand ecosystem partners.

• Identifyopportunities to strengthen collaboration between government and industry in support of organisational priorities.

• Support senior management engagements with industry partners and stakeholders.

2. SUPPLIER EXCELLENCE & ECOSYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

• Support initiatives to strengthen the quality, capability,diversityand sustainability of the supplier ecosystem.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of frameworks, engagement approaches and feedback mechanisms that strengthen industry-government partnerships.

• Drive initiatives that promote ecosystem development, capabilitybuildingand knowledge sharing.

• Support organisational efforts to improve supplier engagement and stakeholder experience.

3. PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT & DELIVERY

• Lead assigned programmes,projectsand engagement initiatives from planning through implementation.

• Coordinate stakeholders across functions to ensure delivery of projectobjectivesand outcomes.

• Monitor programme progress, manage risks andissues, and recommend mitigation measures whererequired.

• Drive process improvements to enhance programme effectiveness and operational efficiency.

4. STRATEGY, INSIGHTS & POLICY SUPPORT

• Develop briefing materials, presentations,papersand recommendations for management consideration.

• Support the development and implementation of initiatives to strengthen partnerships, engagementoutcomesand ecosystem effectiveness.

• Contribute to reviews of policies, processes and practices relating to industry engagement and ecosystem development.

5. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & COLLABORATION

• Build andmaintainstrong working relationships with internal stakeholders,agenciesand industry partners.

• Work collaboratively across teams to alignobjectives, coordinateactivitiesand deliver desired outcomes.
