Job description:

The Assistant Director, Partnership will be a key leader in driving Resorts World Sentosa's partnership growth strategy. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with brands, companies, government agencies, business associations, chambers of commerce, and key industry players across sectors. The Assistant Director will also lead partnership initiatives to expand Resorts World Sentosa's client base and market share, particularly in the resort's target sectors.

This role reports directly to the Director of Partnership & MICE Sales.

Job Description:

  • Identify and cultivate new strategic partnerships with potential partners across industries in line with the key strategic objectives of Resorts World Sentosa.
  • Account management of current assigned partners to increase visibility of resort offerings and generate revenue for the organization.
  • Develop strategy with current & new partners to drive KPIs, create innovative programs and drive growth in each market.
  • Work closely with the partnership team and internal stakeholders on the execution of partner's or joint events, customer engagement, building on marketing contents for successful collaborative projects.
  • Maintain co-marketing campaign calendar, while ensuring alignment with resort marketing and regional marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the partnership team, ensuring that the team achieves the assigned partnership KPIs.
  • Lead the development of partnership proposals, partnership presentations, and other relevant partnership materials.
  • Handle contracting details with prospective partners through collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.

Job Requirements:

  • A Degree in marketing, business or related fields.
  • At least 5 to 10 years of proven experience in pitching, securing, and managing partnerships within the entertainment and lifestyle sectors, or in a comparable multinational corporation or government agency.
  • Strong networking skills and possess understanding of project and event management techniques.
  • Leader, team player and possess a sense of urgency in work deliverables.
