You will be a part of HPB’s Integrated Solutions and Programme Planning Office (ISPPO), responsible for planning, managing, co-designing, and implementing innovative population health projects via smart technological solutions such as wearables, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. We collaborate across internal and external stakeholders in a multiple-pronged approach in programme offering to pioneer new technology solutions in transforming preventive health & health promotion initiatives.
As a key member of the Partners Programme Team, you will manage and nurture relationships with our partners. You will act as the primary liaison from HPB on strategic partnerships, contracts, agreements, potential new areas of development, and ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project execution with alignment to HPB’s business goals. You will oversee negotiation, management, and execution of contracts and align with company policies to mitigate risks.
You’ll be responsible for fostering a strategic and strong relationship with partners by aligning their business goals and interests with HPB’s objectives, ensuring high levels of trust and satisfaction. You will collaborate with teams to optimise programme effectiveness and identify areas of opportunities, resolve disputes, and modifications. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements (data security, data privacy, finance, research collaboration, etc.) with partners and teams to ensure adherence and compliance to contractual obligations and deliverables. Align stakeholders throughout product lifecycles to achieve win-win resolutions by providing data-backed insights and recommendations to optimise value and benefits for the programme.
You’ll set up, facilitate, and provide staff work for regular meetings between management, including curating agenda, preparing materials, and representing different perspectives and recommendations to advance the product or programme.
