What the role is:
We are looking for a motivated and driven person who enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, to be part of the Ops Policy Branch under the Transformation department in the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).As the Assistant Director, you will be leading a team to perform the following functions, (i) Ops Planning and Review for workstreams relating to Subsidy and Systems, (ii) plan and carry out subsidy projects such as N2 reassessment, (iii) policy liaison with MSF and (iv) carry out resource planning.You will be involved in working with stakeholders (internal and externa) before conceptualising the ops policy changes and the assessment on the impact to the systems and officers on the ground. This will include looking at change management and system enhancements to develop technical workflows and requirements.If you are looking for a role that enables you to make a difference and contribute to the future of the preschool sector, this is the job for you.

• Lead operational policy reviews and develop comprehensive proposals that drive improvements• Analyse complex operational issues and develop practical solutions to enhance efficiency and resolve challenges• Able to engage with different stakeholders within ECDA and to build strong partnership for a workable solution.
