Are you a driven hospitality sales leader looking to take your career to the next level?

We are looking for an Assistant Director of Sales to join our dynamic team and help elevate our hotel’s market position across key and emerging markets.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the Director of Sales in driving revenue, occupancy, and market share.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team (Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers, and Executives).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, adapt strategies, and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and industry partners.
  • Oversee key corporate accounts and drive conversion from assigned markets.
  • Lead client meetings, sales calls, and market visits to generate new and repeat business.
  • Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, yield management, and performance tracking.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and brand activations.
  • Monitor team performance and implement coaching plans for continuous growth.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in hospitality sales, including 3–4 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record in corporate, MICE, or leisure sales.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
