About the job Assistant Director of Nursing

You will plan, coordinate and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Department that are aligned to the organization's strategic plan. You will also lead and manage the operations including the implementation of clinical practices, review of nursing audits, service quality activities, and new technologies utilization.

In addition, you will lead a nursing team to manage staffing needs and conduct ward rounds, mentor/supervise nurses in their clinical practice, and participate in hospital committees/projects.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with at least 12 years of nursing management experience, of which at least 5 years experience as Senior Nurse Manager or above.
  • Preferably a Post-graduate in Management or Nursing with Advanced Diploma in any Nursing discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Must have experience/involvement in Quality and Risk Management Committee/Task Force/Project.
