Job description

About the role
You support the transformation of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) towards NCC2030, leading curriculum transformation, implementation planning, and stakeholder engagement across Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF), Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) and other ministries.


What you will be working on


  • Develop and run implementation plans to drive initiatives to fulfil NCC2030 transformation objectives
  • Assist to study and present the findings of a longitudinal study of each initiative and compile the findings for the complete review of the NCC2030 transformation plan to handover subsequent mainstreaming efforts by HQ NCC
  • Coordinate with RSAF, RSN and other ministries to refine proposals and working processes
  • Develop and implement safety and risk management plans
  • Create safety management frameworks
  • Lead the design and development of OneNCC App
  • Secretary for Ministry of Education (MOE) and Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) principal meetings

What we are looking for


  • At least 6 years of experience in training development
