What the role is:

You are responsible for maintaining oversight of all material management matters in the Digital Intelligence Service (DIS), including store accounting, inventory management, loan, disposal, fixed asset management, stocktaking, and loss and damage.

What you will be working on:

- Formulate and review material management policies for DIS-wide implementation
- Oversee stocktaking of all DIS units
- Ensure data integrity to govern proper store accounting for DIS
- Process and analyze store losses and damages to enable proper write-off and process improvements
- Address challenges such as familiarity with various higher-level guidelines and directives to drive implementation and compliance within DIS
- Strengthen the material management competencies of DIS logistics units

What we are looking for:

- At least 7 years of experience in supply chain
- Strong understanding of material management
