Job description

What The Role Is

You are responsible to drive learning science and introduce modern learning pedagogies and approaches for the Army Training Hub.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Design and implement up-to-date learning philosophy and theories for the Army
  • Govern Training Institute (TI) Excellence Model, covering standards, requirements, and administration
  • Consolidate and verify results from Institute for Military Learning
  • Drive Curriculum Transformation Exercises in Army TIs and schoolhouses
  • Monitor and govern lesson plans


Challenge(s)

  • Providing useful data-driven insights to improve the learning and training curriculum
  • Working closely with Institute of Military Learning to re-define the measurable Army KPIs in the Training Institute Excellence Model
  • Synchronising, sense-making and aligning learning-related feedback from Army TIs and schoolhouses, to provide coherent learning and training insights for the Army at different forums


What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Art/Science in the field of Education and Adult Learning
  • At least 6 years of experience in Learning and Training Development
