What The Role Is

You oversee the full spectrum of production work for information and media campaigns tasked to the team by the hub. This includes conceptualisation, planning, organising photoshoots, filming, and managing post-production work.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Manage the entire production process for information and media campaigns
  • Craft key messages and narratives aligned with MINDEF/SAF's mission
  • Lead a team of media professionals and full-time national servicemen
  • Ensure high-quality product delivery within allocated time and resources
  • Translate information objectives into effective media products


Challenge(s)

  • Translating information objectives into compelling media products
  • Understanding military information and maintaining knowledge of world affairs
  • Harnessing the strengths of a diverse team to deliver high-quality products on time and within allocated resources


What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Communication Studies, Film, Sound & Video, Visual Communication, Animation, Mass communication, Advertising, or any relevant Media field
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience in media production and related industries, with minimally 3 years of experience in supervisory or managerial roles
  • Ability to craft effective messages and narratives
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills
