What The Role Is

You lead a team in analysing Human Resource (HR) feedback and data to identify trends, produce insights and drive HR administrative excellence through collaboration with partner agencies.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Lead feedback analysis team
  • Produce management reports
  • Identify trends and insights
  • Work with partner agencies to resolve issues
  • Drive efforts to improve HR admin excellence
  • Support the business owner of a HR employee services system
  • Drive collaboration with technology and policy teams to ensure user-centric service delivery
