What the role is:

What you will be working on:
- Stay updated on (1) industry trends and best practices related to HR and future of work; and (2) WOG HR policies.
- Navigate and orchestra meaningful partnerships with key stakeholders to deliver people development outcomes.
- Use workforce data effectively to drive performance and achieve outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- 4 - 6 years of relevant working experience in HR Management.
- Strong track record in understanding of business acumen, data-driven decision-making and impactful people strategies.
- Experience in coaching, workforce planning and job re-design.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
The individual should possess the following attributes:
- Strong adaptability and openness to embrace new technologies.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and strong team leadership abilities.
- Passion for HR and drive constructive change.
