Job description

What the role is:

You drive MINDEF/SAF's HR digital transformation (HRDT) by leading change management for Next Generation e-HR (NGEHR) implementation and spearheading digitalisation within HR Administration (HRA).

What you will be working on:

- Work with industry partners to develop change management implementation plans for the Next Generation e-HR (NGEHR)- Assess the effectiveness of change outcomes and refine the plan to address any identified issues or resistance- Drive behavioural changes across Singapore Armed Forces (SAF)- Interact with various HR stakeholders across all levels, and actively listen to and address the feedback from the SAF Change Network- Assess and prioritise issues to recommend refinements to change activitiesChallenge(s)- Steering transformation across diverse stakeholders- Managing change resistance- Balancing near-term needs with long-term goals- Navigating dynamic environment

What we are looking for:

- Education in Human Resource- At least 6 years of work experience is preferred- Good understanding, knowledge and interest in Human Resource and latest technology development in the government and commercial sectors- Excellent critical thinking skills- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of e-HR systems is advantageous- Must be self-driven and comfortable with ambiguityOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
