In this role, you will be part of the Development Secretariat team, supporting the Hospital Planning Committee to ensure that the execution, budget and quality of the developments align with the project requirements. This includes making recommendations and implementing facilities development systems to meet the vision and mission of the Campus. Additionally, you will support the Head of Department in establishing the Facilities Development department, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and house rules.
Job requirements
Recognised degree in Architectural, Engineering or related fields
Minimum 12 years of related work experience with supervisory experience
Knowledge and skills in design thinking, change management, project management, process and technology adoption methodologies
Familiarity with hospital operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders
Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and manage challenges
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Photoshop and presentation software
