The Health Promotion Board is seeking a senior Digital Product Manager for its H365 Project Management Office. The role demands leadership in product strategy, development of digital initiatives, and partnership with various stakeholders to enhance the Healthy 365 app, driving impactful changes in Singapore's health landscape.

What You Can Expect
You will be a part of HPB’s H365 Project Management Office (PMO), which is responsible to oversee the overall product vision, direction and management of Healthy 365 (H365) app, specifically in planning, organising and monitoring the product milestones, deliverables and coordinating across different business users and Product Lines.
As a key member of the team, he/ she will be focusing on driving product strategy and vision, roadmap management and backlog grooming while ensuring the delivering of best-in-class customer experience for H365 communities.
You will propose and implement new digital initiatives, work with the various external and internal stakeholders to provide support throughout the product lifecycle of H365. Coupled with an end-to-end mindset and strong facilitation skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as technology, design, program management, analytics, and operations) to scale H365 to every resident in Singapore.
In addition, you are to ensure that business and Product Lines operate within approved risk appetite and that the appropriate governance and oversight arrangements are in place to effectively manage the risks in H365. As a role model, you are expected to focus on the adherence to the highest standards of both external and internal risk and controls.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to
Develop and drive H365 product roadmap and milestones, grow new Product Lines when necessary
Lead backlog grooming, balance and prioritise requirements
Own, formulate and champion process, system and data governance
Harmonise and deconflict issues and concerns raised across Product Lines
Identify key issues that impact H365 ecosystem, scope out solutions
Develop and accelerate processes that improve customer experience
Lead service recovery and improve overall quality and resiliency of H365 & Implement system level assurance mechanisms
Working with Product Lines and other technology stakeholders to:
Track, monitor and report technical and customer issues and key operations metrics
Identify, assess, mitigate, prevent, manage and monitor operational risks
Scale H365 to support WOG, and Ministry wide initiatives.
Track and resolve incidents arising from operational risks and issues.
Overseeing the day-to-day custody of process governance and operational risks throughout H365 ecosystem (which includes consumer mobile app, vendor mobile app and Business Admin portal)
Lead incident response and recovery to restore operational as soon as possible without compromise or with minimum impact to customer experience
Ensure reusability of common technical and non-technical components in H365 architecture
To ensure consistent and harmonised approach in processes, customer experience and governance/policies across all digital assets of HPB (which includes Lumi Health, H365, hiSG and corporate website)

Preferably with Business Administration, Science and Technology background, you should have at least 10 years' working experience in digital product management (especially for a digital mobile app or platform), digital business transformation or consulting, and proven records in Agile development.

Analytical thinker with strong quantitative skills and demonstrated experience in developing actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to influence key stakeholders. With a flair in partnering cross-functionally, especially with engineering and products.
Experience interacting confidently with senior management, as subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making.
Strong project and process management skills; Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
