Reporting to the Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer (Shared Services) and Chief Financial Officer (Finance Shared Services), you will be responsible for managing SingHealth Cluster's Finance and Payroll functions. Your key responsibilities include overseeing finance and payroll system changes arising from regulatory and SingHealth policy updates, supporting the transition to new finance and payroll systems, and streamlining existing processes to enhance efficiency and user experience. You will lead workflow harmonisation efforts for General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules. You will also manage SingHealth's outsourced financial services and related projects.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, with at least 12 years of relevant working experience, including 8 years of supervisory experience
Prior experience with SAP will be an advantage
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Independent and self-driven with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Meticulous with high degree of integrity and initiative
