Assistant Director, Geomatics

About the role
You are the subject matter expert in geomatics (including photogrammetry, survey, data conflation) and map printing.

What you will be working on

• Direct the evaluation of new data sources for foundational geospatial layers production
• Direct geomatics works (e.g. data conflation) to ensure accuracy and usability
• Plan and execute operational activation of map production to meet operations
• Work with stakeholders to automate photogrammetric and geomatics processes

Challenge(s)

• Having technical knowledge in geomatics-related fields
• Being technically inclined to use geomatics and Geographical Information System (GIS) as a tool to make recommendations to relevant stakeholders

What we are looking for

• Education in related technical fields (e.g. remote sensing, geomatics, GIS, survey)
• At least 6 years of work experience in a related field
• Strong eye for detail
• Meticulous in work
