Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Financial Institutions to join our ImpactCollab team at AVPN. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and managing relationships with private banks and other financial institutions, driving the adoption of ImpactCollab's philanthropic solutions, and supporting the design of tailored philanthropy solutions for their clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the private banking sector, an understanding of the social impact ecosystem in Singapore, be skilled in stakeholder management, and have a proven track record of successfully converting relationships into long-term partnerships. You will also serve as the focal point for feedback from financial institutions on ongoing ImpactCollab feature enhancements.

Responsibilities

  1. Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with private banks, identifying opportunities to drive ImpactCollab adoption and use.
  2. Relationship Management: Guide partner banks in creating or developing their philanthropy offers for clients using ImpactCollab, advising on strategic directions and options.
  3. Partner Support: Support private banks in utilizing ImpactCollab's functionalities and tools, delivering training and tailored support.
  4. Compliance: Understand bank compliance and KYC processes to ensure ImpactCollab adheres to regulatory standards.
  5. External Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with intermediary organizations in Singapore to provide clear and complementary services to private banks and their clients.
  6. Internal Stakeholder Management: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions that meet the needs of private banks and their clients.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) preferred.
  2. 8-10 years of proven experience in project management within the social impact sector.
  3. Strong understanding of change management principles with the ability to facilitate organizational change and adoption.
  4. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA).
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
