Job Summary:

The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage Marketing at Resorts World Sentosa will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and profitability of the resort's food and beverage outlets. This role requires a collaborative and grassroots approach to marketing, working closely with the resort's marketing team, restaurant managers, and partnership teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns. This is a team role, managing a team of designers/visualizers, photographer, and general management personnel.

Primary Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all food and beverage outlets within Resorts World Sentosa.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Maintain and enhance the brand image of Resorts World Sentosa's food and beverage outlets.
  • Develop and manage content for marketing materials, including and not limited to menus, brochures, and online platforms.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Coordinate with the resort's marketing team to align F&B marketing efforts with overall resort marketing strategies.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Implement grassroots marketing initiatives to connect with local communities and drive foot traffic.
  • Maintain partnerships with external stakeholders, media, and agencies to support F&B initiatives.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with restaurant managers to understand their needs and develop tailored marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with partnership teams to create joint marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between all stakeholders.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
