    As an Assistant Director in Executive Education with a focus on Open Programs Designing within the Corporate Learning & Development (CLD) department, your role will involve full-time engagement in Educational Program and Executive Development Sales, particularly in the fields of IT, Tech, Higher Education, and Universities.Your primary responsibility will be to support the Corporate Learning & Development team in acquiring new B2B clients through Consultative Selling techniques, ensuring seamless program delivery, and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:- Program Development: Identify and create new executive education programs that cater to the needs of corporate clients and align with the university's strategic objectives. Customize programs to meet specific client requirements and collaborate with faculty, industry experts, and clients to develop innovative content.- Client Relations: Establish and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, understand their challenges, and propose solutions. Handle contract negotiations and pricing, while delivering exceptional customer service.- Faculty Recruitment and Development: Recruit qualified faculty members for executive education programs and provide them with professional development opportunities to enhance their teaching skills.- Marketing and Sales: Devise marketing strategies to promote executive education programs, manage the sales process, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.- Program Delivery: Supervise the logistics and administration of executive education programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and participant satisfaction.- Financial Management: Develop and oversee the budget for executive education programs, monitor revenue and expenses, and evaluate financial performance.Furthermore, you will be responsible for securing new B2C clients, meeting revenue targets, conducting industry and market research, coordinating program branding and website maintenance, maintaining key accounts, and managing internal processes such as database maintenance.In summary, as the Assistant Director in Executive Education, you will play a crucial role in program development, client relations, faculty management, marketing, sales, program delivery, and financial management to drive the success of the Corporate Learning & Development department.,
