Role Overview

You will be part of the newly created programme office to oversee and drive the implementation of the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP), supporting enterprises in workforce transformation (WT) and strengthening its connection with enterprise transformation (ET).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Planning and implementing EWTP initiatives such as Workforce Development Grant (WDG), redesigned SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC), and enhancing the nexus between ET and WT.
  2. Driving implementation through workgroups involving Enterprise Singapore (ESG) and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
  3. Providing strategic input for programme design and coordinating team efforts.
  4. Leading partnerships and stakeholder engagement to promote awareness and adoption of workforce transformation.
  5. Developing the employer user journey and implementing service improvements.
  6. Managing development of WDG-related systems and the redesigned SFEC system, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on system requirements.
  7. Analyzing strategies to encourage company adoption of workforce transformation.
  8. Managing and evaluating anchor programme partners to ensure outcomes are met.
  9. Monitoring programme uptake and assessing effectiveness through reviews.
