Qualifications

Job description

What the role is:

You are instrumental in driving the successful adoption of ready-made digital solutions like MINDEF M365 platform capabilities, Whole-of-Government (WOG) digital products, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.

What you will be working on:

- Drive the overall agile maturity and accelerate the adoption of agility practices- Establish citizen developer programme- Increase automation implementation- Promote low-code platform usage- Achieve a marked shift from bespoke development to product-first adoption approachesChallenge(s)- Ensuring seamless business interoperability in a fragmented IT ecosystem with multiple stakeholders and silo data sources- Fostering mindset shifts towards adopting best practice processes of ready-made products- Managing proactive policy reviews and process reengineering

What we are looking for:

- At least 6 years of experience in project management, business development and needs analysis, product life cycle management, and digital product adoption technology and security policies and processes- Familiarity with new digital technologies like Commercial Cloud, SaaS, Generative AI and WOG IT infrastructure- Team leadership, coaching and mentoring capabilities- Problem-solving skills- Good stakeholder management skillsOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
