What the role is:
You play a pivotal role in partnering with our external stakeholders to implement engagement strategies and recognition initiatives to strengthen support for National Service (NS), NSmen, and their families.
What you will be working on:
- Sense-make the needs and wants of NSmen at various stages of their lives across generations.
- Formulate and execute paths with external stakeholders.
- Develop a unified messaging framework aligned with MINDEF/SAF's strategic reviews.
- Challenges include balancing diverse stakeholder priorities, developing effective collaborative processes, and managing time-sensitive deliverables.
What we are looking for:
- At least 6 years of experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Communication expertise.
- Must be adaptable and collaborative.
