Job Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the talent management team
- Design and implement talent management frameworks, including succession planning, high-potential (HiPo) identification, and leadership pipeline development
- Partner with departments heads and other stakeholders to identify and develop talents based on the succession planning framework
- Lead initiatives to identify and ensure critical roles are backed by a robust pipeline of capable leaders
- Lead the efforts to develop and deliver talent development efforts (Experience, Exposure and Education) to equip identified talents with the skills and knowledge necessary for success
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors for senior leaders development and talent management
- Design and implement leadership competencies, core and functional competencies frameworks
- Lead and build comprehensive young talent pipeline strategy, university recruiting, and internship programs
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with MOE, Universities, Polytechnics, and other relevant organizations to source talent
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with a strong focus on Talent Management and Senior Leadership Development
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Proven track record of developing frameworks, leadership development and talent assessment
- Strong understanding of early career talent programs, including internships, graduates, and rotational programs
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership
- Strong leadership, team management and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
