How You Can Contribute

We are seeking a proactive and technically competent IT Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee the design and development of enterprise-level platforms that enhance service delivery and user experience. You will be responsible for managing the implementation of digital solutions that may include public-facing interfaces, internal backend systems, CRM capabilities, lead generation tools, and integrated business operations. A strong background in UX/UI design and implementation is essential, as you will be expected to champion user-centric approaches across various digital projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects, from initial scoping and vendor selection to design, implementation, testing, rollout and maintenance.
  • Define and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones; ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Translate user and business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  • Prepare project reports and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure quality delivery.
  • Lead usability testing and iterate on feedback to improve system effectiveness.

Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Evaluate and engage vendors and technology partners for platform delivery.
  • Serve as the key liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners/vendors.
  • Manage vendor contracts and service level agreements.
  • Coordinate UAT and implement feedback loops.

Data Migration & Integration

  • Oversee the migration of existing content to a CMS platform.
  • Ensure seamless integration between various business systems.
  • Manage the development and enhancement of digital platforms and solutions.

Quality, Risk, and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with IT security frameworks, privacy regulations, and accessibility standards.
  • Identify and manage project risks through appropriate mitigation planning.
  • Implement quality assurance processes across project deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and guidelines.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits of project deliverables and processes.

Financial Management & Governance

  • Develop and manage project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project expenditure against approved budgets.
  • Track and report on project costs and variances.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading digital platform or web application projects.
  • Proven experience in CMS-based platforms and CRM integration.
  • Track record in vendor management and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling and/or e-services platforms

Preferred Attributes

  • Hands-on experience in UX/UI design, including wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and design tools.
  • Experience in IP services, legal-tech, or professional service portals.
  • Background in Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • UX/UI or product design certification.
