Responsibilities
Develop organisation's internal capacity to align with its strategic ambition
Lead initiatives in learning and organisational development to promote culture of high performance
Drive and support change management processes for improving organisational effectiveness
Partner leaders and line managers to institute, design, develop and implement effective learning and development strategies to enhance staff performance and potential
Execute the full spectrum of L&D activities including Learning Needs Analysis, implementing Total Learning Plan, reviewing competency frameworks, developing learning roadmaps and maintaining the People Developer Standards.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, HR, Organisational Development, Applied Behavioural Sciences or equivalent
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in a large organisation, in the area of competency development, organisational development and learning systems
Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English
Strong in planning, organization, problem solving and facilitation skill
Energetic, flexible and proactive
