Responsibilities

  • Develop organisation's internal capacity to align with its strategic ambition

  • Lead initiatives in learning and organisational development to promote culture of high performance

  • Drive and support change management processes for improving organisational effectiveness

  • Partner leaders and line managers to institute, design, develop and implement effective learning and development strategies to enhance staff performance and potential

  • Execute the full spectrum of L&D activities including Learning Needs Analysis, implementing Total Learning Plan, reviewing competency frameworks, developing learning roadmaps and maintaining the People Developer Standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, HR, Organisational Development, Applied Behavioural Sciences or equivalent

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in a large organisation, in the area of competency development, organisational development and learning systems

  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English

  • Strong in planning, organization, problem solving and facilitation skill

  • Energetic, flexible and proactive
