What The Role Is
You lead a team to implement refresh of administrative facilities in MINDEF/SAF camps and bases.
What You Will Be Working On
- Oversee implementation efforts of planned development
- Lead branch to gather and scope user/operations requirements
- Develop evaluation criteria, select and contract vendors/services
- Liaise and coordinate with tenant units/departments, DSTA and regulatory bodies
- Obtain necessary planning permissions for project implementation
- Supervise and manage vendors for requirement scope, schedule, budget, and compliance
- Ensure smooth and timely implementation to achieve project objectives
Challenge(s)
- Managing complex, large-scale workplace and infrastructure refresh projects
- Coordinating multiple stakeholders and regulatory requirements
What We Are Looking For
- At least 8 years of experience, preferably in project management and large-scale workplace/infrastructure refresh
- Experience in construction (including Security-By-Design and Green Mark elements) and/or mega-scale renovation projects
- Strong leadership abilities to build and lead high-performing teams
- Capacity to motivate and inspire team members
- Ability to adapt to change and remain resilient
- Skills in building and maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
- Ability to develop clear vision and communicate plans confidently
