A leading company in Singapore seeks an Associate Director, Brand & Creative Strategist to lead brand storytelling and develop integrated campaigns for a public sector organization. This role offers the chance to shape the narrative around national tech and media initiatives, requiring a strategic thinker with extensive experience in the creative industry.

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic individual to take the lead in brand storytelling and narrative development for a public sector organisation involved in shaping Singapore’s infocomms, media, and technology landscape. As the Assistant Director / Senior Manager (Brand Storytelling), you will craft compelling narratives and integrated campaigns that build awareness, drive engagement, and resonate across diverse audiences and platforms.
This is a unique opportunity to drive high-impact communications that support national-level tech and media initiatives.
Lead the development of thematic brand narratives that unify key messages from across business units
Craft engaging stories that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences, making complex topics accessible and inspiring
Translate brand stories into integrated campaign ideas and content strategies across platforms (digital, social, web, events, etc.)
Collaborate with third-party agencies (creative, research, media) to develop impactful and data-informed campaign plans
Shape content and narratives across owned channels (e.g., website, social media) to maintain a consistent and powerful brand voice
Work closely with a creative partner to bring campaigns and activations to life
Present strategies and campaign ideas effectively to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
At least 8–10 years of experience in the creative industry, creative agencies, or in-house brand/communications roles
Proven ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of brand building, audience insights, and communications planning
Skilled in connecting research and data with storytelling to inform messaging and content
Familiar with media consumption patterns across B2B and B2C segments
Strategic thinker who understands brand values and potential risk points
Broad knowledge of infocomm, digital, or technology trends
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines
Strong creative thinking and the ability to balance creative intuition with strategic reasoning
Excellent presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior audiences
Familiarity with campaign production processes and storytelling across multimedia platforms
High energy, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experience in multi-touchpoint marketing and channel strengths/weaknesses is a plus
