Position: Associate Director, Brand & Creative Strategist

Location: Central

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Contract Type: Full-Time, 1 Year Contract

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic individual to take the lead in brand storytelling and narrative development for a public sector organisation involved in shaping Singapore’s infocomms, media, and technology landscape. As the Assistant Director / Senior Manager (Brand Storytelling), you will craft compelling narratives and integrated campaigns that build awareness, drive engagement, and resonate across diverse audiences and platforms.

This is a unique opportunity to drive high-impact communications that support national-level tech and media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of thematic brand narratives that unify key messages from across business units

  • Craft engaging stories that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences, making complex topics accessible and inspiring

  • Translate brand stories into integrated campaign ideas and content strategies across platforms (digital, social, web, events, etc.)

  • Collaborate with third-party agencies (creative, research, media) to develop impactful and data-informed campaign plans

  • Shape content and narratives across owned channels (e.g., website, social media) to maintain a consistent and powerful brand voice

  • Work closely with a creative partner to bring campaigns and activations to life

  • Present strategies and campaign ideas effectively to internal stakeholders and senior leadership

Requirements
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in the creative industry, creative agencies, or in-house brand/communications roles

  • Proven ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of brand building, audience insights, and communications planning

  • Skilled in connecting research and data with storytelling to inform messaging and content

  • Familiar with media consumption patterns across B2B and B2C segments

  • Strategic thinker who understands brand values and potential risk points

  • Broad knowledge of infocomm, digital, or technology trends

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines

Preferred Skills
  • Strong creative thinking and the ability to balance creative intuition with strategic reasoning

  • Excellent presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior audiences

  • Familiarity with campaign production processes and storytelling across multimedia platforms

  • High energy, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in multi-touchpoint marketing and channel strengths/weaknesses is a plus
