Job description

What the role is:

You will join and supervise a team in CSA to drive cyber capacity building efforts to enhance Singapore’s voice and influence in international and regional cybersecurity discussions. In this role, you will spearhead and oversee initiatives at the ASEAN-Singapore Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence, focusing on the design and delivery of capacity building programmes and collaborating with internal and international stakeholders to strengthen global cyber resilience. You will also develop and implement strategic cyber and digital security cooperation efforts across bilateral and multilateral platforms, contributing to Singapore's recognition as a thought leader in regional and international cyber and digital security discourse.

What you will be working on:
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of Singapore’s cyber capacity building strategy to promote national cyber and digital security interests.
  • Collaborate with internal and international stakeholders to design and execute impactful capacity building programmes to enhance cyber resilience.
  • Lead the team in managing end-to-end execution of initiatives at the ASEAN-Singapore Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence, including programme design, stakeholder engagement, and operational coordination.
What we are looking for:
  • Possess tertiary qualifications.
  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in executive education and event/workshop management.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with independent thinking and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
