Assistant Director (AI Capabilities Development)

You support the operationalisation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), working closely with various stakeholders to develop and establish AI processes and architecture within the organisation.

- Develop and establish AI processes and architecture within the SAF
- Design training and development programmes
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
- Establish AI processes and collaborations
- Understand and apply AI/Machine Learning (ML) techniques and languages like Python
- Work with complex data structures and algorithms
- Stay up-to-date with rapidly evolving AI/ML technologies
- Apply deep understanding of AI/ML to SAF's specific needs and contexts

- Education in quantitative, scientific and technology disciplines such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science and Analytics
- At least 8 years of relevant digital working experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of AI/ML (supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, deep learning)
- Hands-on experience with current AI tools like TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Strong leadership traits
- Good planning abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under stressful environments
