You will oversee contract management processes and lead stakeholder engagement with internal teams, consultants, and contractors for an A&A project.

What you will be working on:

Key duties are as follows:• Managing the full contract lifecycle including variations, payments, and compliance across all project packages• Establishing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for contract administration• Overseeing variation approvals and ensuring proper documentation of all contract changes• Managing payment processes and ensuring alignment with contract terms across packages• Monitoring overall project expenditure against budget and providing management reports• Ensuring adherence to internal procedures, government guidelines, and IM requirements• Managing audit responses and maintaining complete contract documentation• Providing strategic guidance on contract interpretation and dispute resolution

What we are looking for:

Requirements:• Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying• 5 to 10 years of experience in contract management and quantity surveying• Proven track record in managing complex building projects• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and government procurement guidelines• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills• Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities• Experience in establishing and implementing contract management systemNote:Only short-listed candidates will be notified.
