Purpose

This role focuses on business development, particularly growing our digital business through intermediaries and partners, covering both digital life and general insurance products.

Reporting to the Head of GI and Digital Commerce, you will collaborate with digital and FA teams to unlock growth via partnership channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop strategies to grow FWD’s digital business through partnerships such as IFAs, brokers, and affinity groups.
  2. Propose marketing plans and campaigns for sustainable growth.
  3. Manage relationships with existing and new partners, including product training and relationship-building sessions.
  4. Manage lead-generation programs with partners to enhance sales conversions.
  5. Prepare commercial partnership agreements ensuring regulatory compliance and business viability.
  6. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for alignment of business propositions and operations.
  7. Draft and review partnership contracts, obtaining necessary approvals.
  8. Prepare sales reports and analyses, providing market-based recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Insurance Professional Qualification
  • 3-5 years of experience in FI or related fields
  • Knowledge of IFA industry, GI, and Life protection products
  • GI and Life insurance certifications are required
